Our high Performance Synthetic Underlayment is manufactured to provide premium performance in terms of both weather protection and contractor safety. It is a barrier to liquid water, protecting the roof from any rain from penetrating the shingles.

The synthetic underlayment is a synthetic, scrim-reinforced, water-resistant underlayment that can be used beneath shingle, shake, metal or slate roofing. The special top surface treatment provides excellent slip resistance, and the bottom surface is coated with slip-resistant materials to ensure safety.

Our roofing underlayment is comprised of PP spun bond nonwoven fabric and PP woven fabrics layers, and they are made of 100% top virgin grade polypropylene to ensure 100% inert to mold, lays flat. Our roofing underlayment are durable and strong, and easy to install, and has a walking surface to ensure safe working conditions.

Our roofing underlayment offers superior wind resistance and durability through heavy roof traffic and adverse weather conditions, which saves you time and money because of less material damage and waste during installation, and fewer post-install repairs.

Leading walking surface

The top side of our underlayment is formed out of spun bonded nonwoven fabric, textured to ensure a secure walking surface. This high friction surface gives your boots plenty of traction, and when combined with proper footwear and fall protection, you can be rest assured with a safe installation environment. The walking surface is strong, durable, and specifically designed to give your feet excellent grip.

The bottom side is polymer coating to the scrim, which contains friction materials to make it slip-resistant and provides a tough, rubber-like backing with just the right coefficient of friction, helping the sheet stay in place when rolled out.

Can you supply roofing underlayment with specified size and weight?

Yes. We can manufacture with particular sizes and weight, but your order should be at least 20 ton, otherwise there will be too much waste in lamination. Our lead time is generally 1 month upon receiving your deposit, and minimum quantities will apply; please contact us for details. For immediate requirements, we can supply you with ready-made roofing underlayments in very rare occasions.

How long can I receive my order?

Generally standard orders of 1x40’container are up to 5-7 working days to load the containers from date of order, but since there are also other orders, you may have to wait, and the general lead time is about 1 month. 

Are your roofing underlayments guaranteed?

Yes, all our products are frequently tested in the process of production, and are guaranteed to be free from defect at the time of purchase. Therefore, if your roofing underlayments has a defect due to a manufacturing fault, please report such problems to us with a digital photograph of the fault However, we will not accept any responsibility for the misuse of our roofing underlayments for warranty claims.
